Thank you for shopping at Penmanship. We craft our clothing with precision and care, and we want to ensure it reaches you safely and efficiently.

Please note: Penmanship Clothing ships exclusively within the United States.

📦 Processing Times

Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Drop Launches & Holidays: During high-volume release periods or major holidays, processing may take up to 4–5 business days.
Tracking Notification: You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your order is packaged and ready for the carrier.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all domestic packages using trusted carriers (USPS and UPS). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery zone.

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

📍 Delivery Restrictions & Details

United States Only: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO: We proudly ship to standard residential addresses, commercial addresses, P.O. Boxes, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot modify shipping destinations once the carrier has accepted the package.

🔍 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Risk of Loss: Once the shipping carrier scans your package as "Delivered," Penmanship Clothing is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
Filing a Claim: If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office before reaching out to us.
Damaged Items: If your garment arrives damaged due to transit, please email us immediately with photos of the packaging and product so we can initiate a replacement.
